Instinct Raw Boost Makes Raw Feeding Easy #mixitup

This post is sponsored by Instinct® and the BlogPaws™ Professional Pet Blogger Network. I am being compensated for helping spread the word about Instinct® Raw Boost® Mixers but Barking from the Bayou/mkclinton.com only share information we feel is relevant to our readers. Instinct is not responsible for the content of this article.

If you were to ask Bentley and Pierre their very favorite family outing, paws down it would be visiting our local PetSmart® store. Our Basset’s nose goes straight to the pavement as he snuffles his way across the parking lot. Pierre strains at his leash trying to reach the front door. That’s because they know through those double doors awaits a pet’s paradise of great food, treats, toys, and clothes.

This particular day we were on a mission to find Instinct® Raw Boost® Mixers. As with many pet parents today, I choose to feed my dogs a raw diet. In our home, that means a dehydrated pre-mixed blend of grains and vegetables where I add the oil and protein source. The problem is adding raw meat still makes me uncomfortable. According to the comments and letters that I receive it is a common sentiment. That is why I choose freeze-dried raw food. Instinct Raw Boost is easy to use as a meal topper for kibble, canned food or mixed into your homemade raw recipe. You get a natural, nutrition-packed protein in a convenient form that is ready to serve. It is also ideal for traveling.
*Benefits of a Raw Diet including
Instinct Raw Boost Mixers
·        All-natural raw food leads to better digestion
·        The nutritious oils result in a healthy skin and coat
·        Pure animal proteins help build lean muscles and strong bones
·        Natural ingredients are perfect for the absorption of key nutrients

When we entered PetSmart, the employees greeted us and asked if they could pet our dogs. Needless to say, Bentley and Pierre were loving the attention. We made our way down the center aisle with Pierre hitching a ride in the shopping cart. I found the Instinct Raw Boost Mixers prominently displayed next to the refrigerated section. Available in a choice of chicken, beef, turkey, and lamb these mixers are perfect for a rotational diet. After all, variety is not only the spice of life; it’s the healthiest way to feed your dog.

If you are new to raw feeding or perhaps looking for a healthy topper, you can choose their 1 oz. trial-size bags for only $1.99.  At that low price, you can give your best friend a different meat each day. The 6 oz. and 14 oz. bags are also a great price. I decided on a large bag of beef because that is the protein my dogs enjoy most often. It is always a good idea to have a few of the trial sizes on hand in order to #mixitup. I love being able to depend on my PetSmart store or PetSmart.com to have a complete selection of Instinct Raw Boost Mixers.

  13. We've used the Instinct raw boost for cats and the mom crumbles it up and mixes it into our canned food. It makes our food tastier!

  15. What a great product, I'm definitely going to buy a few trial sizes. I too am uncomfortable handling raw meat but I love the idea of getting the benefits of raw feeding like this.

  16. I think using this is a perfect compromise to real raw meat (I'm not sure I could ever do it either). Plus the dogs love it!
