Fun Flowers and Fill-Ins

We are joining Da DB Boyz for Flower Friday. Don’t forget to stop and smell the flowers.

I love this photo of Bentley. He is such a sweetie.

I don’t know what kind of flowers these are but they are so cheery around my oak tree. Pierre is attacking his favorite yard toy.

There is no need to wonder why my flower beds are often trampled. There are critters that need to be chased!

I always enjoy participating in McGuffy’s Reader 15 and Meowing Friendly Fill-Ins blog hop! It is usually just me filling in the blanks but I decided to let Bentley & Pierre take over this week. Here are their answers:

1a.Bentley’s September Bucket List:
• Get more belly rubs
• Enjoy more treats
• Longer walks
• More naps

1b.Pierre’s September Bucket List
• Catch a squirrel
• Dig up a mole
• Get more head scratches
• Steal Bentley’s toys
As you can tell, there September Bucket List is very similar to their daily wants and desires. You can’t blame a guy for trying though!

2. If I came with a warning label, it would say…
Bentley Does not like storms and are prone to freaking out at the first clap of thunder.
Pierre I have extremely sharp nails and will make you bleed!

3. Truth be told:
Bentley I am not much of a snuggler unless I’m hungry.
Pierre I am the happiest dog ever and love to snuggle next to my mom.

4. I would rather _______ than ______.
Bentley would rather sleep than chase squirrels
Pierre would rather chase squirrels than anything!

  3. You boys are so funny, real opposites in many ways but that is complimentary I think. That first photo of you with the flower on you head looks like it was taken in Hawaii! I hope you didn't sneak off without me!

    1. Pierre lives to catch squirrels and dig up moles. We did see an armadillo in our yard the other night so he might add that to his list. LOL!

  8. It's amazing that some flowers seem to survive the trampling though! Love your bucket lists boys, but you seem kind of predictable. BOL

  11. I love these answers, guys! We have no fear of storms here, but have in the past. However, Kenzie fears fireworks. She is the one who hangs out with chipmunks, too. Stella is a serious cuddler. She has made it a life goal. You two are so cute. I have been so busy raising outlaw minions. I will get over here more. HUGS!
