Welcome
to Tuesday’s Tails on Barking from the Bayou!
Bentley, Pierre, and I want every dog to have a loving home and to know
they are special. We feature dogs that
are available for adoption at our local PetSavers. If you can’t open your home to one of these
great dogs, you can open your heart to them by volunteering or donating to this
deserving no-kill shelter.
Volunteering
your time or donating much needed scoopable cat litter, Wal-Mart gift
cards to buy supplies, you
can donate a Kuranda dog bed, or monetary gifts are ALWAYS appreciated. Another fabulous way to help is to schedule a sailboat cruise on beautiful
Cross Lake which benefit Pet Savers on 21.5' Hunter 216...ongoing, weather
permitting, Sept - May. Call 318 469-4499 for reservations
with a minimum $75 donation.
You
can meet some adoptable pets on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
Saturday of each month at Petsmart in Bossier City and the 4th
Saturday at Petsmart in Shreveport. Of
course, you can stop by PetSavers 362 days a year.
I
do have some GREAT NEWS! The sweet
little Beagle from last week’s post, Mr. Rogers, who was thrown out of his
family’s car and abandoned, found a new loving home!
Thanks
so much for everyone sharing his story!
Let’s see if we can help these cutie patooties find a new best friend by
sharing their photos to your social media.
It makes a huge impact!
Dogs‘N Pawz and Talking Dogs host the Tuesday’s Tails blog hop, so be sure to visit
them and these other blogs featuring adoptable pets. Let’s make the world a better place to be a
dog or cat this Earth Day!
