National Ice Cream Day, so enjoy a double scoop and have a ball!”
Celebrate
with Homemade Pupsicles
32 oz. low-fat or non-fat yogurt
2 mashed bananas
½ cup natural peanut butter
2 Tblsp. Honey
*Combine all the ingredients in a
bowl. Blend well. Fill small paper cups (Like 3 oz.
bathroom-size paper cups) with mixture.
Freeze at least two hours or until solid. To serve, let thaw slightly and pop a
Pupsicle out of the cup into a bowl by pressing the bottom of the cup.

National Ice Cream Day - now that's something to smile about, Pierre! We made some blueberry yogurt frozen treats yesterday, and we still have some of those peanut butter/banana ones in the freezer too!
