Meet PrideBites Muddles the Pig and Sadie the Squirrel |
I have admired a certain toy for some time
now. It is colorful, cute, sturdy, and
machine washable. Which toy are we barking
about today? The PrideBites line of fun
and creative toys. I’m sure that you’ve
seen them before, because they are incredibly popular. Just in case that you aren’t familiar with the
PrideBites line of fun, let me tell you a little about them.
Four guys all under the age of 25 who decided to
take their love of dogs to the next level started PrideBites in Los Angeles. They didn’t just want to make a great toy,
but they wanted to give back to their community. This sparked the “Buy a Toy, Help Save a Dog”
movement. For every toy sold, PrideBites
donates to animal shelters and other organizations to help dogs in need.
You may wonder what makes PrideBites toys
different from all the other soft toys on the market. Each toy is crafted with two layers of soft
DURABITE™ fleece with a rip stop technology sewn between the layers. The two squeakers are encased, the stitching
is reinforced, and the inner stuffing is made of soft foam. It is all of the fun of a stuffy toy without
the worry of stuffing being eaten or strewn around the house.
One of the reasons I love PrideBites is the
adorable assortment of characters. We had a hard time choosing, but eventually selected
out first toy for Pierre. It was Sadie Squirrel,
his favorite critter to terrorize. The price makes the toys extremely affordable starting
as low as $5.99! Read on to discover how
to save an extra 20% on your order!
Pierre: “Hey Gramma! Are you
talking about Sadie, my pet squirrel? I
love that gal. It is about time I found
a squirrel that I could catch!”
Bentley: “I thought that we would share your toy. You know how you steal all of my toys and I
allow it? It seems like when my mom gave
you Sadie you did not reciprocate. Truth
be told, you took her and ran off shaking and squeaking!”
Pierre: “I’ll admit that maybe I was a bit selfish, but to be fair I have
tried to catch a squirrel since I moved in with you. Besides, because of my greed you got your
very own Pride Bites toy.”

"My pig Muddles loves to wrestle!" |
Bentley: “Well, I can’t deny that! I love my brand new Muddles the Pig! I don’t even care that it doesn’t taste like
bacon. It is cute and you know how much
I love a squeaky toy. This squeaker is
the best, because I can’t pull it out or collapse it. Nothing bums me out more than a collapsed squeaker.”
Pierre: “There is not much sadder than a dead squeaker. I should know since I love to silence a
squeak! The thing about Sadie and Muddles
is that I can’t pull out any stuffing.
What is up with that? If I can’t
tear it up, that means it will last for a long time. Hang on while I go shake that squirrel again
really hard. Gramma! Will you get Sadie down for me to play with?”

"I am nuts over Sadie the Squirrel" |
Me: “Okay, but you are going to have to play with it while I
watch. Here, let me throw it for
you. Bentley, would you like to play
with Muddles?”
Bentley: “Yes ma’am!
Thanks. Now try to take it from
me! Grrrr, I love a game of tug o’
war. If Pierre gets his squirrel dirty,
will you have to throw it away? I’m
afraid if that happens, he will try to steal my Muddles. Sigh.”
Me: “Don’t worry Baby.
PrideBites are machine washable.
You can even take your pig into the tub with you. They all float, so you can take them to the
pool, lake, or in the tub to play.”
Bentley: “I went on the PrideBites website and you won’t
believe what I discovered. They don’t
just make these awesome toys. They also
make beds, blankets, hoodies, coats, placemats, collars, and leashes. Each one can be personalized with my
name. Have you seen my list for Santa Paws? I need to add one of each of these cool
products to my rapidly growing list.
Everything is so colorful and you know how much I enjoy having my name embroidered
on my stuff. It lets a certain mischievous
fluffy white dog who owns the toy.”
Pierre: “Wait! I want to add
everything to my list too. You know how
long I have wanted to rock a hoodie. Dang,
I am going to look simply precious!”
Me: “Here y’all go, be sure to write exactly what you want Santa
to bring. *Shh, don’t tell Bentley, but he is getting a custom dog disc with his
image on it for his birthday! It’s a
good thing that we have a discount code to save 20% on everything. I’ll just jot it down for Santa and our
readers to use for a savings. All they
need to do is enter MKCLINTON in the Discount Code box.”
Bentley: “Now that is what I call a savings! Let me add a couple of more goodies from
Pride Bites. I guess before I do that,
we need to give them our “A Paws.” One
paw is bad and five paws are the best.”
Pierre: “This is an easy one for me!
PrideBites makes what pets want!”

ReplyDeleteI think they are based in Austin now, and I bet it would be cool to go visit them! We have that piggy too. Lots of fun!
ReplyDeleteSay no more I want the squirrel. Enjoy. Have a fabulous Friday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
That's it! We need mama to order us that squirrel!! They look like awesome toys and all the reviews I have read have been very positive!!
ReplyDeleteWe would give it 5 minutes with the Dweeb and he would have it shredded. Mom says she needs to hire him to companies who say their toys are indestructible cause he always finds a way to do just that,
ReplyDeleteLove these toys! We have wanted one for some time now.
ReplyDeleteღ husky hugz ღ frum our pack at Love is being owned by a husky!
We have those two at our house along with another three. Bailie loves them and she loved putting them in our pool this summer...reminder pack to take along when we go to Florida...She does like to chew on them and that is a problem, but with our Stuffie Clinic, they are stitched back together and work fine.
ReplyDeletethey look really cute and fun!

I'm not sure if these would hold up to Luke or not, but we might give them a try while supervising closely! I love toys that he could play with in the pool too.

ReplyDeleteWe love PrideBites!
ReplyDeleteThose are really cute!
ReplyDeleteI doubt it would last at our house. I've seen a lot people sharing the pups paling with them and enjoying them and that the last... unfortunately even Kong toys don't last long with my girls!
ReplyDeleteMaggie doesn't play with toys, but Jack will...like you, he's already working on his list for Santa, so maybe this will be on it!
ReplyDeleteLove the picture of bentley playing with his Pridebite!
