Bentley: “Thank you for joining on this special Tuesday edition of BFTB NETWoof News. We are happy to report another week of the news we nose. I am here with my co-host Pierre and our weather girl, Paisley. You can trust our reports, because we are dogs. Isn’t that right Pierre?”
Pierre: “Yes, we are
dogs. *snicker However, according
to the new floor rugs ordered by Pinellas County Sheriff, they agree. When the officers unrolled their beautiful
new rugs, there was something unusual about the seal. Instead of the motto found in U.S. government
offices and on the currency; “In God we trust” the phrase read; “In Dog we
trust.” None of the department K9s could
be reached for comment.”
Bentley:
“I can tell you about some puppies that are lucky a couple trusted in their
dog’s signals. Three very young puppies
owe their lives to an Australian Shepherd that alerted his owners to a trash
bag. The couple opened the bag and
discovered the tiny terrier pups. They took
them home, cleaned them up, and fed them before bringing them to the Contra Costa Animal Services shelter. They are still
looking for the “human” responsible
for dumping the puppies. Seriously, who
does something like that?”
Pierre: “Well, let me
restore your faith in humanity. A couple
has a seven-month old puppy that happens to be deaf. They are teaching Bambi to read sign
language. If you’d like an extra smile,
click here to watch. We will wait…okay. See?
Isn’t that just the sweetest thing?
Bentley? Are you wiping your
eyes?”
Bentley: “Ahem, I have
allergies. I’m sure our weather girl
Paisley will have something to say about the pollen. *Sniff,
sniff This last story proves that true friendship
has no boundaries. Daisy and Otis are
best friends. The two do everything
together. They have been inseparable
since Daisy was born. Otis is an
Australian Shepherd and his BFF just happens to be a cheetah. How cool is that? I guess when your best friend is the fastest
cat on earth; nobody messes with you.”
Pierre: “Hey, don’t you
worry. You’ve seen me race after those squirrels. I have your back. Unless, a cheetah jumps the fence. Then you’d better hope it’s friendly like
Daisy, because I’d be gone!”
Bentley: “You must have
forgotten that I am taking Rejeneril each day.
I can probably give a cheetah a good race. Guess who else will be trying this fantastic
anti-aging serum? Our winner is JANET
KEEFE of Wag n’ Woof Pets! She will be receiving a bottle just in time to help
her Golden Sheba recover from surgery.
Congratulations! If you didn’t
win and would like to help you dog feel their best, click on the Rejeneril ad
on our sidebar. Use my discount and save
yourself some cash.”
Paisley: “Hiya boys!
Is it time for the weather?”
Paisley: “I find it
whenever I’m outside playing.
*giggle That’s a Weather Lab
joke. I wanted to provide our friends in
the Boston area with something to help them chuckle. They are in need of some laughter, because
they are getting whammed by the snow! I’d
like to tell them that it’s over, but it’s not.
More snow is predicted for the northeast, the Dakotas, and Minnesota. The northwest is getting buckets of rain and
we are keeping our paws crossed that there won’t be mudslides. Our temperatures in the south will be mild
and great for Mardi Gras parades!
Bentley: “Good girl
Paisley. You are really growing into a
top-notch Weather Lab. Before we sign
off, I wanted to invite y’all to join us on tonight’s BlogPaws chat. We will be discussing pet dental heath, the
2015 conference in Nashville, and my favorite topic, spoiling your pets! It all starts at 7:00 p.m. C.S.T. and lasts
until 9:00 p.m. Just hop on Twitter and
follow #BlogPawsChat. I hope to visit
with y’all tonight. Have a great week
and on behalf of BFTB NETWoof News, grab yourself some happy.”

Your weather girl is right on...jumbo snowflakes are falling from the sky as I type this comment. Sadly it will only be a few inches...we prefer a full storm, but this winter is just not good.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to Janet! You are right - this is pawfect timing for her and Sheba. Harley went for his check-up yesterday, he's six years old now, so I'm seriously looking for supplements. I will look into rejeneril now. Thanks
ReplyDeleteWhat's even better than winning your awesome giveaway? Being mentioned on the NetWoof News! Whoohoo, thanks everyone! We are excited to try Rejeneril and hope it will speed Sheba through her recovery.
ReplyDeleteNow, if you could just get Paisley to fix the weather, not just report it, we'd be really happy! (that just means turn up the temps here in the Northeast...we'd like some of your balmy weather) hee hee
I trust you won't mind if I use that photo on my blog?
Thanks Janet! You are more than welcome to use the photo! Congratulations. I know it will help Sheba. ♥
