Almost BFTB NETWoof News September 30, 2019

Bentley Basset Hound: “Hello friends. As you can tell by looking, this isn’t our normal BFTB NETWoof News. This is a special report to let you know of some changes happening here on the Bayou.

We have been trying to decide what our next step with the blog should be since things have changed for us. Mom spends a lot of time with the grandbabies which makes her very happy. She and dad have also taken control of their health. They bike 10-15 miles each day that Mom isn’t babysitting. Can you believe they’ve logged almost 700 miles this summer? They also cook all of their own healthy meals. This was an important step since we’d like them to live a long, long time.
Speaking of time, that is the problem. There just isn’t enough time for Mom to write quality blogs, Dad to take and edit photos or to visit all of our favorite blogs. Mom used to sit for hours on end writing, commenting, and sharing on social media. The result was a very successful blog and a very unhealthy lifestyle. They are still a work in progress but definitely heading in the right direction.
What are we going to do with Barking from the Bayou? We have decided to go to a once a week post which will be on Wednesday so we can continue to co-host the furbulous Pet Parade! Our BFTB NETWoof News will be featured on the first Wednesday of each month. We’ll continue to post on special occasions, Blogville events, and holidays.
From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for your continued support of our blog, our affiliates and for being the best friends anyone could ever ask for in life. We will see you on Wednesday with the news so until then, be sure to grab yourself some happy.”

  3. Oh dear. We are going to miss you boys, but we understand. It takes a lot of time and effort to keep things going. With the loss of BlogPaws, everything has really changed. Sorry to see you go down to just once a week, but we are glad you are so happy doing what you love to do.

  11. We will sure miss seeing you as often, but are glad you will still be here, even if less! We struggle with the busy-ness of blogging every day, and I constantly question if I need to do things differently. Good job making a decision to find the balance between blogging and life. Love you all!!
