“Hey, y’all! Mom and Dad took us for a walk around Pundt Park. It is part of the Spring Creek Greenway where they ride their bicycles. This section has a pond on the right side of the photo and woods on the left. We did not know where to sniff first!”
“Mom and Dad have been wanting to take us out on this trail because it is so pretty. Pierre saw some squirrels, and we are both pretty sure we picked up the scent of a big deer! Mom said they see them all the time on their rides. It was so hard to pose for a picture with so much to smell. Oh, if you are wondering about our pawsome new harnesses, they are called Rabbitgoo and available on Amazon.”

“We have been waiting for cooler weather before heading out to walk. The area we walked was almost a mile which is a long way for a short-legged senior Basset. I’m proud to say that I held my own and only slowed down a little bit near the end. You can see my ears swinging in this picture.”
“Mom and Dad ride 17 miles on the Greenway passing several beautiful ponds and creeks. This one has a wooden bench swing that they sometimes stop to enjoy. The pond has trout in it, but we forgot our fishing poles. Maybe next trip! We walked around the Pundt Park area. The actual park has a children's playground and picnic tables. It is very nice and the dog park is across the street. Yes, we barked at a couple of cuties running in the park but Mom doesn't let us go to dog parks. You can read her lame excuses if you click on the previous highlighted sentence. We had a great time on our walk and are excited to go back. Thanks for joining us today!”

Sweet park, boys! It looks really pretty there. I am also not allowed to go to dog parks, except for the private one in my apartment complex. Usually, I am the only one there, but I have fun, anyway.
