Barking from the Bayou, LLC received two Twiggo® Pet ID Tags in exchange for an honest review. We only share products and services that we use and believe will be of benefit to our audience. Twiggo is not responsible for the content of this article.
I have developed a sort of obsession with dog tags. Bentley and Pierre have a wide variety of ID tags to wear for different occasions. When I saw the Twigo® Pet ID Tags there was no question, I had to have them. Why? Let me tell you more about them and you will understand.
Twigo Tags Are A Great IDea:
· Silent
· Simple
· Durable
· Lightweight
· Easy to personalize
· Easy to attach
· Easy to clean
· Waterproof
· Affordable
I used the pen that came with the Twigo to write what I wanted on the tag. This makes it easy to add important information such as allergies, telephone number, etc. I wrote Bentley's name and that he has a microchip. Pierre's tag is a cute blue bone and also has microchipped along with his name on it.
If you make a mistake; no worries. Simply put some alcohol on a paper towel and the ink wipes off. Run the tag under water, dry it and start again. I love when mistakes aren't permanent.
Put the tag in boiling water for 2 minutes. Remove the tag with tongs and allow it to dry.
The ink changes to purple during the boil. If there is any 'feathering' around your writing, a quick wipe with a paper towel and alcohol will erase them.
When your Twigo is dry, slip the loop into the collar ring and pull it over the tag. Tighten and secure. There are no nail-breaking split rings to deal with and this tag will not slip off.
I love our Twigo Pet ID Tags and for only $8.00 each, I’ll be ordering more. That price makes it affordable to purchase tags for your pet sitter and daycare with their information as first contact. You can order your tags here.

ReplyDeleteLooks like a pretty cool tag! We had not heard of this brand before!! Thanks for letting us know!
ReplyDeleteVery cool tags!
ReplyDeleteA silent tag. I like the sound of that!
ReplyDeleteWe love our tags we have, but for a temporary tag, like when we are on vacation or something these would work well.
ReplyDeleteHa! That's a great idea! How fun!!
ReplyDeleteThese sound like great tags. I love the silent part! :-)
ReplyDeleteThat's a good idea. We like that they don't jingle like regular dog tags. Let us know how they wear.
ReplyDeleteI hadn't heard of Twigo before, but what a cool concept! I love that you can personalize it with whatever you want.
ReplyDeleteThese would be fun for a kids birthday if they all had dogs. Really cool product.

ReplyDeleteWow pretty cool tags
ReplyDeleteLily & Edward
Stylish and convenient! I like the silent factor too, although my dogs might be able to sneak up on me then. LOL
ReplyDeleteJan, Wag 'n Woof Pets
What a neat idea for tags! We ended up going to tags built into the collar simply to avoid them catching on things. Otherwise I would totally order these.
ReplyDeleteWe will have to go check them out!

ReplyDeleteHow cool to quickly customize!

I like that it's reusable. Mr. N has the crown shaped one.
ReplyDeleteThose are really cool! We like that you can purrsonalize them.
ReplyDeleteThat's pretty cool that you can personalize and add details in writing. I may check it out as Ruby's tag is beginning to fade.
ReplyDeleteOh how fun! I wish I had better printing so it wouldn't look lame!
ReplyDeleteThose are amazing, just love the idea

How smart is that :)
ReplyDeleteThese are so cute! What a great idea.
ReplyDeleteI love the idea, AND that it doesn't wash off. Things fade so easily but this looks encouraging!
ReplyDeleteThat is such a clever idea! I love that you can personalize these and that they are silent.
ReplyDeleteAh, yes. Microchips, tags - we even took it one step further to a GPS collar with Cookie.
ReplyDeleteWe have used Twigo tags on vacation for temporary id. I think they are a fab idea.
ReplyDeleteI always think my dogs will prefer a silent tag with their sensitive hearing. I hadn't heard of Twigo before, but it looks like a great option.
ReplyDeleteI think this type of tag may be perfect for my mom's dog. However, she can always find Bandit based on the "jingling" of his tags.
ReplyDeleteI've never heard of these dog tags before. These are some cool tags!
ReplyDeleteThese are so cute! I love the idea of being able to write on them and have that become permanent. I wish they were a little smaller so they would work for my kitties. I can see how they would be great on dogs, though!
