Talking Tushees and Dirty Dogs

Let’s get to the bottom of a sometimes unpleasant subject. I’m talking about our dogs and cats’ bottom. There are times when they could use some help in keeping their tushees clean. That is why we ALWAYS keep a package of Tushee Wipes™ from International Veterinary Sciences (IVS) on hand.
*Barking from the Bayou received Quick Wipes Bath and Tushee Wipes in exchange for an honest review. We only share products that we use and believe in with our readers.    Tushee Wipes are the perfect way to clean your pet’s bottom. They are soft, non-irritating, and the aloe vera is soothing. A symptom of Bentley’s allergies is an itchy booty. It drives him crazy! I can wipe his bottom with one of these extra-thick 5”x8” towelettes and the relief is immediate.

Pierre needs a Tushee Wipe for a different reason. His white curly hair is like a magnet for poo. We get a “runway” shaved under his tail when he goes to the groomer, but his hair grows fast. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to clean his bottom after he takes care of his business. Tushee Wipes help stop the spread of fecal matter in your home. Seriously, nobody has time for that!
Another thing there isn’t always time for is a bath. That is where IVC’s Quick Bath comes to the rescue. The Bayou Boys are typical guys. They love going outside to run, bark, and get rowdy. When they come back inside, both can be a bit pungent. I grab my Quick Bath pack and wipe them down from head to tail. The emollients leave their coats shiny and clean. One heavy-duty 8’x10” wipe will have them looking and smelling so fresh you’d never know they were stinky just minutes before.
The wipes remove dirt and are perfect for traveling, hiking, or in our case, a Quick Bath before a photo shoot! They are also great in cold weather when you don’t want to give your pup a bath. I keep them in my bag to wipe their paws after walks. The liquid is a water-soluble formula that is not harmful if your dog or cat licks their fur while it’s still damp.
I love Quick Bath and Quick Bath Tushee Wipes. They make keeping pets clean and fresh so easy and we could all use a little more easy in our lives.

  4. I have to say this is a sticky subject, but you two covered it so very well! Fortunately this is not an area we are used to here, but if we were, you can guarantee we'd be wanting something just like this to wipe a clean smile onto our faces!

  7. Back in the day, we had to clean up Chucky's back end more than a few times, and I would have purchased these wipes if I'd known that they existed!

  18. Having poodles I have a one-on-one relationship to those gross cling-alongs. Ugh. All too often you notice it as the dog sits down on the carpet! These wipes would make life much simpler (and cleaner).
