A Visit from the Cheese Fairy

Bentley is a very sound sleeper but being a Basset Hound, his nose never rests. He was asleep when my husband placed some cheese near him. He woke up just as I began to film. 



As you can see, he doesn't feel the need to exert too much energy and he immediately went back to LaLa Land!

    My mom does that to Bailie sometimes. She will also come out of her sleep fog, not lift her head and eat the food. You are a funny boy!

    That's too funny! Bentley lifted his head up just long enough to see if the fairy had any more cheese to give, when he saw she didn't he went right back to napping! Man, I wish the cheese fairy would visit me - send her my way, will ya Bentley?
