It's a Fun-tastic Friday

We are joining our feline friends 15 and Meowing and Four-Legged Furballs for Friendly Fill-Ins blog hop. Visit their blogs and others for some great answers.
1. My favorite scent is hard to say because it depends on what I am smelling. My favorite flower aroma is Night Blooming Jasmine. When we buy scent chips for our burners we usually get Sugar Cookie. Of course, my favorite smell of all is puppy ears and breath.
2. I hope to decide where to hang some more photos and decorations in the house this weekend.
3. My granddaughter’s laughter is music to my ears.
4. Home is where my husband and dogs are, and it is my happiest place on earth.
Take Your Dog to Work Day
We work from home, so we celebrate Take Your Dog to Work Day every day! I know how fortunate we are to be able to spend our days with them. I used to hate leaving Bentley and Tucker back when I worked. Pierre has always known us as "stay at home" humans.
Having dogs or cats in the workplace is a wonderful idea. It is a proven fact that being around dogs and cats is good for blood pressure. Doesn’t most stress come from our jobs?
Did your place of business allow dogs today?

There are two nights that I dread each year. Those are New Year’s Eve and Fourth of July. In other words, the days that people pop FIREWORKS! Bentley hates them. He is certain that the end of the world is upon us and no amount of reasoning will change his mind. Thankfully, we discovered Treatibles® with phytocannabinoids. It has made the difference in him pacing and panting to curling up and snoozing.
If you have a dog or cat that is terrified of things that go 🎆“BOOM”🎆 in the night, then you know we are less than two weeks away for a pyrotechnic nightmare. That means there is still a small window of time to place your order for Treatibles CBDs. They are available in crunchy treats, oils and gel caps. Save 10% with our affiliate code BFTB. Your pets will thank you.
We look forward to you joining us for the Pet Parade Blog hop. It's a great way to discover new blogs and visit your favorites like my pawsome friends and co-hosts

  2. We are dreading the fourth of July and it has already started. Bailie is afraid of fireworks. Mom has worked very hard to reduce her fear of thunderstorms but we think that will all be for nothing when the boomers start going off. Happy weekend!

  5. We've begun strategizing for July 4th...the least favorite howliday for pets. Wishing you a fur-bulous "Take Your Dogs to Work Day!"

  6. On the 4th of July, we stay home and turn the TV up so I don't hear the fireworks. That seems to work great.

  7. The scent of puppy ears reminded mom of years gone by when they were ruled by Toto the Mighty Mini Dachshund in the early 70's She said he paws smelled like Frito(e)s.
I bet his hound ears probably smelled yummy too

  8. This is probbably the most heartwarming version of this Week's Friday Fill-In I have seen yet. It conjures up such lovely sounds, sights, and smells. I hope you all have a great weekend, and looking to the future, a peaceful 4th of July.

  11. Great fill-ins! Can't go wrong with the smell of sugar cookies (or doggie ears and breath).
Mom doesn't really work very much, unless you count swimming in the pool and going to lunch with her friend. FYI - I wasn't allowed at either event today. Rude.

    Love and licks,

  12. Mom loves the smell of jasmine too. AND sugar cookies:)

Those treatibles are something we really could have used for Angel Ciara. Fireworks would for sure set off a cycle of seizures for the poor girl. Thanks for telling us about them, you never know when we might need some for us.

  13. No flower smell can compete with puppy breath.

  14. The mom doesn't work anymore...well, not a job type thing...she works at taking care of us and the house. So we always are with her at work now. :)

  15. We are with you on the holidays with the 4th of July being our worst. Because we live in the county and near an Indian Reservation where they sell the stuff you are not supposed to have we get very little sleep

  17. You have the coolest office! I especially likes Bentley's bed! Though, I was scared of the one Ma got me, so she decided to gives it to the shelter. ☺
I hopes the Fourth is a quiet one this year. I don't mind, butts lots of puppers around here do.
    Kisses,

  18. Furbulous Fill-Ins!
    3 bum swings! 3 more!

Since I'm the CEO of KTFGD I go to work almost 7 days a week.
Although I don't act in any noticeable way to Fireworks my fursister Q is terrified. Imagine, she lived her first 7 or more years on a chain outside; it must have been pawfectly awful for her. My huMom is not a fan for several reasons. Happy Bentley has his 'Treatibles' 💜

  19. Love your answers! I tend to love light fruity smells the best, I'm kind of sensitive to stronger smells of some flowers and candles.
I suppose the 4th falling in the middle of the week only means there will be fireworks the weekend before and after and on the 4th as well. It's been pretty quiet here at our new home so far and hopefully it stays that way. We have to deal with our neighbors target shooting off and on though, I said to my hubby today that I'm pretty sure every one of our neighbors must have a gun. Some new CBD/Hemp products we're trying seem to be helping Luke though, along with his Canine Coddler blanket.

  20. Happy weekend, dear pals. We're not big fans of 4th of Jul, either!

  21. What a great fireworks photo. Good answers. Have a blessed week.

  22. Puppy ear smell?! EWE! But they don't bathe themselves at all like we kitties. I think you mean kitten ear smell, 'cause those smell like roses. Tee hee hee. I didn't know Bessie as a puppy, but I sniff her most evenings and my nose wrinkles. Maybe your Bentley smells better. Winks. -Valentine (& Mom) of Noir Kitty Mews

  23. Thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! I know what you mean about puppy breath. There is something so special about that smell. And I'm not a fan of fireworks, either. Somehow, not a single one of the furbabies at my house minds them. My most timid cat actually loves to watch them from the windows. Nevertheless, I don't like knowing there are furbabies out there feeling scared while those things are booming.

  24. Great answers! Hope your weekend was great.

  25. Looks like you've all settled in to Lone Star life beautifully! I love having my dogs with me all day too, my employers never let anyone bring their dogs to work.
