Drool-Worthy Recipes for #Dogs

A few months ago, I "pinned" a recipe from my friend Sarah at Lola the Pitty. It has become one of my most repinned recipes. I wanted to share it with all of you since it is a "bone-afied" winner! Be sure to visit Sarah and Lola for more exciting recipes!

Here on the Bayou, we are dealing with extremely high temperatures so the last thing we want to do is turn on the oven. I thought for those of you suffering through the same heat, I'd share my favorite super-easy Caru Frozen Treats. All that you need is a box of Caru Stew in your choice of flavors. I spooned it into my cute paw print silicon pan, but you can use an ice tray. It only takes a couple of hours to freeze and then your pups can enjoy a cool summer treat.

  9. Both recipes sound great, so I pinned both and shared your Tweet too! I think we have some of that Caru stew around, that is such a great idea. I've been trying to make more homemade treats lately, and the easier the better! :)

  12. These look yummy! My dogs love chicken & rice, it's one of their favorite dishes. I save the broth when I boiled up the chicken and add it to their kibble, they love it! They would love this recipe, especially since it has an egg in it, another favorite food of theirs! Thanks for sharing
