It’s Wordless Wednesday with my friends at
the BlogPaws Community.
Pierre is ready for the Barkus & Meoux Pet
Parade!
For instructions on how to make your dog a
tulle collar, see my video below.
This is a blog hop so hop around to see
more amazing photos and few/no words!
How COOL n CUTE! Love it! Golden Thanks for sharing the how-to. Happy BlogPaws WW. Golden Woofs
ReplyDeleteThanks! I may be more excited about getting the YouTube video on my blog than actually making the collar! BOL!!
DeleteVery cool - I can do this. Thanks so much for sharing. WOOF!
ReplyDeleteYes, you can! It is so easy and you can do any color for different occasions. I may do Easter pastels for both Pierre & Bentley. Bentley is wearing a silk Mardi Gras cape and hat to the parade. Lots of pics next week! : )
DeleteLove this, it's no sew!! The colours are perfect for Pierre, he looks extra handsome dressed up in such finery. Thanks for the instruction video, it's wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad that you like it! He thinks he looks so cute dressed up for the parade. : )
DeleteSo cool. Hope my mom will make me at Mardi-paws collar.
ReplyDeleteI'll bet that she will when you give her your sad face. : ) Nobody could resist that!
DeleteThat is DARLING!!! Pierre is so gorgeous anyway, and now he is all dressed up for the Party!!!! Wish I was there to enjoy it with you!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I wish you could join us too. We would have sooooo much fun at the parade and then eat King Cake! WooHoo!
DeletePierre, you look ready to dance and party!
ReplyDelete--Woofs (and purrs) from Life with Dogs and Cats.
Pierre is always ready for a great time. ; )
DeleteOh, we love Mardi Gras colors! Maybe I should get my Mardi Gras beads out to throw at you! BOL
ReplyDeleteThrow me something OZ!!
DeleteWhat a great video and idea! I am afraid that I am "craft challenged" and would NEVER be able to do this!
ReplyDeleteIf I can whip that baby up then YOU can too! It was super simple, no craft experience needed. : )
Deletehaha! You are ready aren't you!!!! BOL lovin it! And thanks for sharing the video to!!! haha!
ReplyDeleteHappy WW to you!
((husky hugz frum da pack))
I am finally figuring out how to make and post videos. They will get better in time...I hope! BOL!!
DeleteThat means Spring is just around the corner! Loved the collar! Love Dolly
ReplyDeleteYes indeed! It does feel like spring here for the next few days, but it will turn frigid once again. Mother Nature tries to sucker me into planting flowers early every year. I'm not falling for it this year. The weather is too wacky. : )
DeleteLook at you go, a how to video with music and all you are brillant! Love the collar and picture of Pierre. He is ready to party.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your help in urging me to tackle YouTube! Pierre actually likes his fancy duds!
DeleteI love the stunning collar you made and the video to go along with it. I'm envious about your skills of putting together your own video. Nice job.
ReplyDeleteOh, you are too kind! I appreciate it! I have been playing with my movie maker. : )
DeleteYou are looking Tres Chic Pierre!!
ReplyDeleteSmileys!
Dory Jakey, Arty & Bilbo
Thanks! We will have a recap of the Barkus & Meoux parade next week. There'll be many more cute dogs in costumes!
DeleteVery cute! :) You guys gonna have King Cake too? :)
ReplyDeleteIt's just not Mardi Gras without King Cake!! Mmmmmmm!
DeleteGreat collar , we will try to make one :)
ReplyDeleteBe sure and show me if you do! Doni will be stunning!
DeleteTOO CUTE!!! And I'm pretty sure I have some leftover Mardi Gras tulle hanging around from a tutu. Hmm ...
ReplyDeletewww.dogtreatweb.com
Yay! It doesn't take much to make!
DeleteWow, he looks great in that Mardi Gras deco!
ReplyDeleteThanks Emma!
DeletePierre is pet parade perfection! I love the addition of the Mardi Gras ribbon, and you are so right about that glittery tulle being a big mess. Happy Mardi Paw!
ReplyDeleteThank you. I don't know why I forgot the reason glitter is considered the "social disease" of crafting! It spreads everywhere and you can't get rid of it! BOL!
DeleteSo debonair, Pierre!!
ReplyDeleteThanks SlimDoggy! He has a spiffy hat to wear but it has (EEEKKK) glitter on it so he can't wear it until the parade! BOL : )
DeleteWonderful addition to the wardrobe. Everyone else will be very jealous at the parade.
ReplyDeleteThank you. : ) There are some pretty elaborate costumes to contend with at the event. It is quite a sight and I'll be sharing some pics next week!
DeleteSo adorable!
ReplyDeleteNola
Thank you Nola! Coming from someone with your "pawsome" taste in collars, that means so much to us!
DeleteAdorable photo!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking the cats would love to get their paws on that collar!
; )
Thanks! I'm sure they could manage to make it have more frills with a couple of swipes! They would look adorable in a small version. : )
ReplyDeleteCute! That'd be a great look for Mardi Gras too!
ReplyDeletePierre is wearing it to the Barkus & Meoux Mardi Gras parade. No dogs allowed at our human parades. I wouldn't take them anyway because there are thousands of revelers trying to catch beads & throws. Very dangerous for dogs & short people. LOL!
DeleteAw I love the collar!
ReplyDeleteThanks Ann!
DeleteThat's a great looking collar! I have a Mardi Gras dress.
ReplyDeleteOh I wish you were close enough to join us for the parade. Y'all could be dates! <3
Deletethanks for linking up with us today Melissa!
ReplyDeleteHave a pawsome day!
Very cute and festive! I'm not at all crafty for things like this, but that's probably to Moses and Alma's benefits!
ReplyDeletePierre looks adorable. I'm not sure my dogs would let me put it on them. May be a little to much like the cone of shame which they both hate, hate, hate! Pierre really rocks the look and he seems to really like wearing it.
ReplyDeleteAdorable!!
ReplyDeleteThat is SOOOOO cute....I love it!
