Bayou Pupcakes #Pumpkin

Jack-o-lantern
How do you fix a broken jack-o-lantern?
With a pumpkin patch!

Bayou Pupcakes ♥
Ingredients
2 cups of wheat flour   
1 15 oz. pure pumpkin
1 egg
¼ cup pure honey
¼ cup canola oil
1 tsp. baking soda
¼ cup water
Preheat oven to 350˚  Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.  Spoon mixture into paper cupcake holders ¾ full.  Bake for 25 ~ 30 minutes.  Place on rack until completely cool.
Frosting
½ bar of fat-free creme cheese (room temperature)
½ ripe banana
Cinnamon (optional)
Mix until creamy.  Spread over cooled cakes.  Lightly sprinkle with cinnamon.  Refrigerate any leftovers.

  5. Wow, that sounds delish! I'll bark at Mom to make this and give me some right away. Pumpkin's good for us and YUM that banana in that icing would be really tasty.
