The Look of a Sofa Thief

Don't let Bentley's innocent look fool you. He's waiting to steal my place on the sofa. It's okay, he gives snuggles so it's a win for both of us.

Do you have to deal with a sofa thief in your home?

  2. We aren't allowed on the sofa unless mom and dad invite us up to sit on their laps. We're really missing out, huh, Bentley *sniff sniff*

  4. We are not allowed on the furniture, and Mom is usually on the floor with us, so no stealing going on here.

  10. Haha, Bentley that face really is deceiving. I would fall for it. Our family kind of has assigned couch seats (including Max), not on purpose it's just worked out that way. But I have a bed thief. Sometimes I even race Max to the bed so I can claim my spot before he takes it. But he also gives great cuddles, so it's fine whoever wins.

  20. I'm a chair thief. When Mom tries to claim her spot by leaving the remote, her phone, or her laptop on the chair, I climb up and plop right on top of them. Once, I recorded Real Housewives with my belly.

  23. I know that expression! My kitties are always eyeing my seat. They say that there is nothing quite like a pre-warmed seat. :) Sometimes we compromise and they just sit in my lap.

  24. BOL!
    3 bum swings! 3 more!
My huMom rarely has time to sit on the sofa although I do keep it warm for her. Q used to be a sofa thief but she has been banned do to her constant need to lick (behaviour she developed while living years on a short chain) leaving giant lick spots. She has many beds to choose from; all machine washable.

  29. I love it! It's especially hilarious when they get up to see where I'm going and when I go back the sofa is all nice and toasty. On these cold dreary winter days, most appreciated!

  30. I have many! It's a scramble to see who will take over the warm spot on the chair I've just left behind. The pug often wins, but not always!
