Grooming on the Bayou

Pierre Westie: “There comes a time in every good-looking Westie’s life when he must face the groomer. The big question for us is which groomer we should choose. Our previous groomer knew Mom and was so good to me. There are a gazillion groomers in the Houston area, so we have searched online and read a bunch of reviews to narrow down our choice. That was the basis for our How to Find the Perfect Groomer post this month.

   We decided to try Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming after Mom checked out their Facebook page and website. It looked like a furbulous place! My appointment was
Wednesday morning and I knew as soon as we walked it was the right place. They have a table full of delicious colorful cookies and the walls are lined with high-quality treats, food, toys, and accessories. There is no question where we will buy our special cookies and cakes for the holidays. Doesn’t this spread look yummy? It was a puppy’s paradise!

   Woof Gang Bakery was founded in Juniper, Florida back in 2007. That single location has grown into a multi-state franchise. I don’t know if other locations are as cute as the one Kal and Patricia Goldstein own in Spring, Texas. They even have a chandelier, but I was not allowed to swing on it. The groomer has eight years’ experience and I loved him. He did a wonderful job on my coat. I’ll admit to having some mats under my arms and my nails were super long. Actually, I was a hot mess but he had me looking like a superstar in no time. We were very impressed and will be back. Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming is Your Neighborhood Pet Store®. Bentley Basset Hound: “How did I not get a cookie out of this deal? Oh, I smell samples! I deserve some because while you were being groomed and pampered, they took me to the self-service dog wash and gave me a bath. It was nice and I feel great too. We should go outside to roll around and wrestle as soon as we get a treat."
