B & W Outtakes

I always enjoy seeing people’s “outtakes” from a photo shoot with their dogs.  It tickles me when I see dogs that are usually being so obedient, acting goofy.  We were taking pictures for our Snapshots of Life “Love” post the other day and I thought I’d share two of our outtakes.

When I sat down and called Bentley over for the shot, he decided it was a great time to sit up and talk.  He likes us to get on his level, so he can discuss things eye-to-eye.  I always feel obligated to sit there with him when he’s in this position.  It just seems rude not to wait until he gets down.  Luckily, we were able to get a picture that we used on Instagram.  You can see it here.

After he finished sitting up, I let him climb onto my lap and I was going to hug him.  I thought it would be a good example of love.  Every time I’d put my head close to him, he’d start giving me kisses.  This caused me to laugh and resulted in several shots like this one.
What do you do with your "oops" pictures?

Thanks to Sugar the Golden Retriever and Dachshund Nola for hosting the B & W Sunday Blog Hop.  You can see more B & W photos on the blogs below.

  5. Some of my outtakes we actually use for humor, the rest we usually delete. Nice to see Bentley as such a lover with his mommy.

  17. You know, I am a fan of BOTH of these moves! The kissies are a given, but I usually like to stand up when Papa tries to put my harness on... mostly cause I love getting a rise out of him, BOL! I guess our outtakes usually turn into fun posts on social media, too, provided they are silly enough! *wags* - Gilligan from WagsAhoy.com

  19. Oh, these are great! It's fun to see what really goes on during photo shoots. I will occasionally share an outtake, but one thing is for sure, I can never get rid of them, even when it's a real silly one!
