It's Time for Some Weekend Fun

We are joining Da DB Boyz for Flower Friday. Don’t forget to stop and smell the flowers.
Beautiful flowers in Juneau

We really enjoy participating in McGuffy’s Reader 15 and Meowing Friendly Fill-Ins blog hop! We are very excited to share our answers and look forward to reading what others share.
1. If someone were visiting my area, I would recommend a visit to the downtown area and the Red River Riverfront. We have lovely old buildings with ornate features including the Municipal Auditorium where Elvis used to perform in the beginning of his career. *These are links to my blog posts about these places.
2. My favorite room in my home is the living room because the dogs can sit next to us on the couches and cuddle.
3. Back-to-school time makes me think of all the years that I worked in the school system. I was a child specific/special ed aide for five years, an aide in a mild/moderate special ed high school class for two years, an office aide for four years and a library assistant for five years.
4.My favorite year of school was my senior year because seniors rule!
We want to wish our son, Dustin a wonderful birthday. Here’s hoping this is your best year ever!
We are so proud of you.

I wasn't really a fan of my senior year... it ended with embarrassing moments and another year in a school-bootcamp LOL

*I don't know why you're not getting my emails - did you get one today? I checked and you're on the list, and I haven't received any notification that it didn't go through. Maybe I'll try removing you and adding you back and see what happens.

SOunds like you spent a lot of time working on schools. I was a tutor for 13 years for the public schools in town, but I mainly went to students' homes. Have a nice weekend!
