Paws Up for Pawmetto Barkery

                                     Pawmetto Barkery logo
I have met some of the nicest people on Facebook. Many are small business owners that have shared one of the quotes from my book series. Whenever I am tagged, I always thank them for sharing. It means a lot to me and helps promote my books.

Recently, Pawmetto Barkery, a pet bakery in Columbia, South Carolina used one on their Facebook page. After thanking them, I received a message from the CEO Anthony Keech. He offered to send me a sampling of their products. Bentley and Pierre were already drooling at the thought so I gratefully accepted. He did not ask for me to review them. It was just a kind gesture on his part. When the box arrived, I had no choice but to share their deliciousness!

The Bayou Boys had their noses on the box as soon as I brought it inside the house. They knew that good things were about to be unpacked and they were right. Anthony sent us three different handmade treats and they all smelled fabulous!
Pawmetto Barkery handmade dog treats in mason jars on a blue checked plate
Doggy Donuts are adorable treats and the boys love them! They are made with coconut flour, bananas, turkey bacon, honey, coconut oil, peanut butter and coconut flakes.

Ol’ Hippie Dog Treats smell so incredible that the boys are lucky that I didn’t eat them! They are made with coconut flour, coconut oil, bananas, flax oil, strawberry protein, water, eggs, apple and coconut flakes.

Tailwagger Dog Treats are smaller than the others but obviously just as yummy. Pawmetto Barkery uses oats, blueberries, honey, bananas, coconut oil, flax oil, eggs and peanut butter.

Our treats came in Mason jars and one bag. They do need to be refrigerated after opening which is perfect for our hot summer days. If you live around Columbia, you can get these treats hand delivered but you can also order them from anywhere in the U.S.
I love their missions statement: “Our mission is to provide homemade healthy and nutritious treat made with love and southern sass!”

Follow our new friends on Facebook and visit them at PawmettoBarkery.com. Just tell them that Barking from the Bayou sent you!
