When it feels like the
world has gone crazy
When it seems as if
hate is winning
Remember, change
begins with each of us
Love will always
triumph over evil
There are more heroes
than villains

you unconditionally.

you are right...as long as we can feel love and empathy we are stronger than all haters... and with love there is hope...
ReplyDeleteHope if vital for our survival.
DeleteSo very true~
ReplyDeleteWe just have to remind ourselves of this each day.
DeleteThe world really has become a crazy place. We want to find a deserted island to move to as long as Chewy delivers we will survive!
ReplyDeleteA desert island does sound like a good idea during these trying times.
DeleteHard to remember that on a lot of days, but you are right!
ReplyDeleteThere are days when it seems as if evil is winning but then we see the heroes and feel perhaps we have a chance to let love prevail.
DeleteLove and empathy take more time for taking place than hate and madness but are stronger, you're true. Purrs
ReplyDeleteIt does seem that getting angry and hating is easier than trying to understand. It is worth the effort though.
DeleteFYI pups you might need to wash your faces mom and I kissed all over your sweet faces
ReplyDeleteHugs madi your bfff
Kitty kisses are the BEST!!!
DeleteSo very true...Some days we feel just like Emma(but it would definitely have to be a place Chewy delivers!)
ReplyDeletexoxo,
Jakey, Arty & Rosy
That is the truth! We must have Chewy deliveries.
DeleteThanks for the reminder that evil is the minority of humanity.
ReplyDeleteIt is hard to believe one person can cause such devastation. Our hearts go out to all of the victims.
DeleteAmen to that!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Chester!

DeleteThis has been a ruff week for sure, but when you hear of all the good from the result of this week's mass shooting, you know love it at the heart of goodness and feel safe again. Thank you for the message. I think we needed the obvious reminder. Bless you and the boys. 💞
ReplyDeleteThank you so much. The worst of times always brings out the best in people. For that we can be very grateful.

We think that every time we leave the house. There are wackos at every turn! BOL!
DeleteImportant message and beautiful photos! THANK YOU!! xoxo DakotasDen
ReplyDeleteThank you, Caren.
DeleteVery nice post.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much!
DeleteI love these photos. They are so peaceful! We could all use a little peace lately. You are absolutely right, there is more good than bad. The bad things only appear to be bigger.
ReplyDelete-Purrs from your friends at www.PlayfulKitty.net
Thanks, Robin. I think the bad gets more publicity in the media which makes it appear bigger. They constantly reported the Vegas shooting as the biggest ever which only encourages some lunatic to kill more people for the record. When will we ever learn?
DeleteAmen! Prayers to the families of the tragedy
ReplyDeleteI'm trying to keep believing that and stay faithful. Some days it's a whole lot harder than others. Beautiful post Melissa, thank you.
