This That and the Other

I had planned to introduce you to the incredible new base-mix recipe from Dr. Harvey’s called
Raw Vibrance today but with so many of our friends in the path of Hurricane Florence, we decided to postpone it until next week. We are praying that the storm is not as bad as forecasted. Many people that have decided to stay will likely be without power but if you are reading this, please stay safe. You can get tips on what to do
After the Hurricane
that we wrote after Hurricane Harvey hit Houston.
I’m excited to join Five Sibes for their
Happy Flashback Friday Blog Hop.
According to FWV Fetching, today is
Hug Your Hound Day
This is one of my favorite photos we’ve ever taken. Bentley is not a snuggler but loves to give hugs.
He melts my heart.
Fill-In the Blanks
We are joining 15 and Meowing along with Four-Legged Furballs for Friendly Fill-Ins. Be sure to hop over and visit everyone participating.

  1. we think about all who are in the area of Florence... I cried today as I saw a photo on instagram where people wrote the name and phonenumber on the belly of their dogs for the worst case...that probably means they expect really bad things.... but I still hope for the best....

  6. Aww, every day should be Hug Your Hound day! I'm praying for the safety of everyone in the path of Hurricane Florence. Many times the aftermath is even worse than the storm itself, with effects lasting for weeks.

Butts, I thinks your Moms is very lucky to have a hugger like you!
Oh, befores I forgets, Ma wanted to knows what software you use for editing your photos....the one she uses just sucks, and she is in search for something that is easy, butts works. TIA!

  10. That is a lovely photo of you and Bentley. We are huggers too and not so big on the snuggles:)

The storm seems to be as back as they predicted. So sad to hear of the deaths already and all those who need to be rescued. And then to think of all the damage - just too much.

  17. Whoa! They have a Hug Your Hound Day? I'll have to try to put an end to that. I understand in some under-developed countries dog hair is worth money. They make fun coats and stuff out of it and call it mink.

  19. Thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! I hear you on the dog hair. If my dog's and cats' hair could be traded in for money, I'd be set for life. Have a wonderful day!
