Let's Talk Treatibles

One of the biggest new trends in pet care is the use of phytocannabinoid infused products. It is easy to get overwhelmed with the onslaught of products that all claim to help your pet. Let me help you wade through the confusion surrounding the use of full spectrum hemp oil for companion animals. I'll also tell you why I trust Treatibles® Full Spectrum Hemp Oil and Chews for the Bayou Boys.

What is Phytocannabinoid?
Phytocannabinoids are naturally occurring cannabinoids found in the cannabis and hemp plant. All animals have an endocannabinoid system that helps maintain the physiological neurological and immunological systems in their body. When there’s a deficiency in the body, receptors will use the phytocannabinoids to help create balance as well as provide support for relaxing, repairing or restoring.

Let’s Talk Treatibles
With any product that experiences a rise in popularity, there are companies that are quick to jump on the bandwagon. It always makes me nervous when companies begin to flood the market because how do pet parents know the proper research and ingredients are being used? That is why I choose Treatibles for the Bayou Boys. They were the first company to create phytocannabinoid infused products for pets. No other company can use their proprietary formula.
Treatibles has over 10 years of experience in the phytocannabinoid business. They have mastered effective and consistent products that are tested by a third-party lab at every stage. That means from the raw materials to the finished product, testing is done to ensure the exact milligram content in every chew. Testing is done to make sure they are free of bio-contaminants and heavy metals. You can fetch detailed testing results here.
The phytocannabinoids found in Treatibles are a natural and safe way to support your pet’s endocannabinoid system. Their source material is a medicinal hemp because of its low THC content and the cultivation practices used during the plants’ growth.

What Makes Treatibles Special?
Aside from the company being a leader in the industry, Treatibles make sure they use the best ingredients and are made in the United States. Their exceptional full spectrum hemp oil is grown at their organic hemp farm in South Carolina. The Soft Chews contain the active ingredients turmeric root, full spectrum hemp oil, papaya and bromelain (pineapple stem). The Soft Chews for cats also include catnip for the “purr-fect” combination.
The dosage of Soft Chews for dogs is 1 chew per 30 lbs. of weight and each chew contains 3 mg. of organic full spectrum hemp oil. For cats, the dosage is 1 chew per 10 lbs. with each chew containing 1.5 mg of the oil. You’ll never find wheat, corn, soy, gluten or grains in Treatibles and they are free of preservatives or additives.

What Can I Expect with Treatibles?
The main thing that I want you to know is that your pet is not going to get high from Treatibles. Many pet parents have found they have been better able to manage their pets anxiety, digestive issues, inflammation, seizures, mobility problems, discomfort, effects brought on by chemotherapy and end of life care.
Treatibles can begin working in as little as five minutes up to one hour. It is best to observe your pet to ensure proper serving sizes. You can double the dosage if necessary, without worry.
I use Treatibles if we are expecting company, going to the vet, grooming, and of course, thunderstorms or fireworks. I believe in Treatibles because I have seen the results with the Bayou Boys.

  10. I just tried a sample on my dog because we got our first thunderstorms of the season. 15 minutes later, hes out cold. 7 years of thunderstorm anxiety, thundershirt, medications, and many other recommendations. This is the first time hes been at peace. Bring on the rest of summer and July 4th.

  14. i have not really tried anything with cbd/hemp oil really except for a few samples i received at the local pet store that had cbd in the treats. i would love to try to see if it would help my girls with anxiety with thunder storms and my oldest with clipping her nails. she is so bad that she has to be sedated, which is very costly. so i would love to see if Treatibles would work on her especially. i like the ingredients as well. thank you

    1. I give them to Bentley during thunderstorms and fireworks. My Westie gets them before being groomed because he HATES it. It makes a huge difference. We also counted on it during our move last year!
