Dear Santa Paws

Two dogs writing Santa ©mkclinton.com
Dear Santa Paws,
We hope that you had a terrier-ific year. Pierre and I have tried to be good boys since your last visit. You do know that we moved to Texas, right? We wouldn’t want you going to the wrong house!
The Bayou Boys have tried to be good all year. We can’t remember anything that would land us on the naughty list. Sure, we bark a little too much at nothing possible intruders but that’s our job. We have kept our parents completely safe all year. #GoodBoys
Pierre wants you to know that he has not chased any squirrels in our new yard. The fact that we don’t have squirrels should have no bearing on what a good boy this makes him. We are pretty sure no tree rats will show up between now and Christmas so…#PierreIsOnTheNiceList
As for me, I have been my usual charming Basset Hound self. You might have seen me wake my Mom up too early or hound her relentlessly remind her when it’s time to eat but believe me, she REALLY appreciates it. Isn’t that what a great watchdog is supposed to do? #PutMeOnTheNiceListToo
The truth is Santa, we have everything any dog could ask for. A family that loves us, a wonderful home, great food, and warm beds to rest our heads. Our Christmas wish is for all the dogs and cats that aren’t so lucky. Please help find them forever homes. #GratefulHearts
If you agree with how good we’ve been, you can leave us something in our stockings. They are next to the tree. Those cookies are for you to enjoy. Have a safe trip!
Love,
The Bayou Boys

  10. ohhhh myyyy BEYOND ADORABLE!!!!! I am so happy you wrote to Santa to tell him you moved, we wouldn't want him to be confused trying to find you! And Pierre!! I think that the fact that there are no squirrels to chase (and you aren't chasing them BOL) accounts for something! I am certain Santa will be EXTRA good to you!!
